As an international life coach Joshua works with both individuals and entrepreneurs from around the world through life coaching and business coaching and gives both workshops as well as private keynotes and seminars for corporations, organizations, and associations.
Joshua's rich, yet unconventional studies and research includes graduation from The University of Western Ontario, where he studied Psychology and a variety of languages including Spanish, Japanese, and Hebrew, with prior studies in German and French.
Alongside his formal education Joshua has studied eastern philosophies through the application of the ancient healing systems such as the Japanese system of Reiki and Chinese system of Qi Gong, various martial arts, Feng Shui, along with studies in the more modern arenas of Therapeutic Touch, Brain Gym, The Silva Method, Sound Therapy, and Applied Nutrition.
"For as long as I can remember I have been curious about and marveled at what humans could achieve beyond what they thought was possible.
My passion for exploring enlightened teachings from ancient civilizations led me to research about the gurus of India, the Masters of China and the Shamans of South America. My drive comes from an inner belief and knowing that we are a part of something much larger than just our physical bodies and separate experiences."
His explorations and often incredible and fantastic experiences led him to research and discover more about the concept of synchronicity.
"I have many magical events that take place in my life daily, the first of which occurred in 1996 after I began writing down what I wanted in various areas of my life... all-of-a-sudden, all of the things that I wrote down began to occur without me doing much to create them. The insights that came to me about how all of those events took place have since formed the systems that I use with both my personal life coaching clients as well as with my entrepreneurial clients."
Joshua began working with clients as a life coach and as an inspirational speaker in the late 90s.
"That first year in business for myself was the most challenging of my life." By the end of his first year in business, he had amassed over $55,000.00 of debt and after three months near the end of the year of not attracting a single new client nor any new seminar bookings, nearly declared bankruptcy. "I remember the day when I was at my lowest moment, after eating peanut butter and jam sandwiches for lunch and dinner for several days, I hit the moment that I feel many people do when they experience spontaneous transformation.
Three questions entered my mind and moved me just enough so that I could really look at the principles that I teach to determine what I was not practicing. I realized what it was, began putting the principles into practice instantly and within the next 21 days, attracted 14 new clients and 11 seminar bookings. I was able to avoid bankruptcy and my life turned around from that point."
Since then, Joshua has created one of the most successful life coaching practices in Toronto, Canada, having enourmous success with both individuals and entrepreneurs alike. He has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs and small business owners to build their business and to attract greater success and has also worked with many individuals and executives helping them to create and live more fulfilling lives.
A client of Joshua's applied one of the techniques he teaches... "She put this one technique into practice every day over four months and as result increased her income from $2500.00 per month to $20,000.00 per month -- without ever doing any other marketing or promotion."
Joshua is also an accomplished speaker. Described as an inspirational speaker with a dynamic and engaging presence, Joshua is a unique blend of empowerment and enlightenment and has given over 800 keynotes, seminars, teleclasses and workshops for thousands of people both nationally and internationally.

Why do you do what you do?
"Since I was 4, I have always had a 'calling' within me to help the world and affect positive change in it. Now I get to do this en mass - I have one of the greatest 'jobs' in the world! Personal life coaching and speaking with hundreds and thousands of people are not just passions for me, I actually have this feeling inside of me that compells me to. And I feel stimulated spiritually, emotionally and mentally by it and am driven by the great insights that come through me, and those that come through the people with whom I speak and work. My life and my work is often truly magical and wondrous!"
What do you never leave the house without:
"Water - I am noted for carrying around this big 1.5 litre bottle of water nearly everywhere I go."
What are you currently reading?
"Most of the reading that I do now is on the web... I surf and research for about 2-3 hours a day so that is often my reading time. If there is anything that I do read besides on the internet, that would be magazines. I read magazines on a variety of topics including archeological research, new technologies, world travel and several others. Currently, I am writing my own books now and am enjoying that process as I do it."
